Who can take swim lessons?
Our lessons are open to all ages and abilities—from infants as young as 6 months learning water safety basics to adults looking to refine their strokes or build confidence. We tailor each session to the individual needs and goals of our students.
How do I schedule lessons?

How long is each lesson?
Lessons are generally either 30 minutes to 1 hour, but lesson lengths can be customized to suit each student’s goals.
What do I need to bring?
Students should arrive in tight fighting swimwear, loose swimsuits or sun-shirts create drag in the water and make swimming difficult. Students will also need swim goggles that do not cover their nose (no snorkel masks), sunscreen, a water bottle, and a towel.
What is aquatic fitness training, and who is it for?
Aquatic fitness training is designed for individuals who can swim on their own but want to improve overall fitness and endurance through swimming drills, underwater running, and other low-impact exercises. It’s perfect for those looking to build strength and stamina in a fun, water-based setting. A snorkel mask is the only gear necessary for this service.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
How many lessons will I need?
Everyone learns at a different pace, and progress depends on factors like comfort level and prior experience. Regardless of these factors, every student benefits most from consistent lessons over a period of time, and the more frequent the lessons, the sooner students will reach their goals.
